His
passion for cooking is undeniably exceptional. He is the ultimate
cooking master way before Masterchef and all other reality cooking shows
have become popular. He can cook most dishes with great speed and
ease.
Friday was his actual birthday but they held the dinner on Saturday. It was just a small gathering of regular attendees, with Rex, Joel and Alara as special guests. Of course, with the special participation of the most handsome priest in the universe, Father Bong. *joke* haha
Dinner didn't start until all of us were there. We were the last ones to arrive because we couldn't leave the turkey behind still roasting in the oven. As soon as we had sat down, Chad gave us a go to start dinner. The food was, as usual, very delicious. I specifically loved the Kalderetang Kambing, with its rich flavor and meat so tender to the bite.
After dinner the boys gathered themselves in one corner of the room for their drinking session, while us, girls, grabbed the microphones and started with our own karaoke session. Kumare Geraldine brought over a bottle of Fruitwood wine for the ladies to drink. I haven't had any alcohol for the longest time. It made me feel a bit dizzy for a moment then was all good.
